A delicious "Grechka" bowl with smoked salmon and avocado. Boil some Grechka buckwheat as per the standard instructions, please refer to the "How to cook" page. Place 3 tbs of the cooked Grechka into a bowl. Make a poached egg. Place the poached egg on top of the buckwheat. Add 2 pieces of smoked salmon and some pre-cut avocado. Delicious Grechka bowl with coconut milk, granola and stracciatella.
Boil some Grechka buckwheat as per the standard instructions, please refer to the "How to cook" page. Place 3 tbs into a bowl. Pour in enough coconut milk to cover the buckwheat. Easy Grechka Breakfast Bowl with Kefir and Berries
A delicious Grechka breakfast bowl with kefir, berries and maple syrup. Boil some Grechka buckwheat as per the standard instructions, please refer to the "How to cook" page. Place 3 tbs into a bowl. Pour in enough kefir to cover the buckwheat. Add your favourite berries, 1 tbs of maple syrup and any nuts (we recommend walnuts). Your ideal healthy breakfast is ready. ENJOY:)Gluten free

Grechka Buckwheat Bowl with Sticky Cinnamon Fig and Farmer's Sheep Yoghurt
A delicious Grechka buckwheat bowl with sticky cinnamon figs and sheep milk yoghurt. Boil some Grechka buckwheat as per the standard instructions, please refer to the "How to cook" highlight. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Halve the figs and arrange them cut side up on a lined non-stick baking tray, so that they fit snugly. In a small bowl, whisk some cinnamon, orange juice and honey until combined, then spoon over the figs. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes, or until tender and sticky. Scatter the blueberries over the figs and return to the oven for a final 2-3 minutes. Add 3tbs of Grechka buckwheat and 2tbs of sheep milk yoghurt to the bowl. Top with the roasted fruits, reserving the juice in the tray. Sprinkle pistachios on top and drizzle with the reserved juices to finish. ENJOY:)Gluten free

Lunch
Grechka Buckwheat with Greens
Delicious Grechka buckwheat with courgettes and asparagus. Boil some Grechka buckwheat, please refer to the "How to cook" highlight. While the buckwheat is boiling, cut the courgettes into half circles and the asparagus into small pieces. Throw the greens into a frying pan with a bit of olive oil and add salt, pepper and dried coriander. Fry the greens for about 15 minutes and once ready add the pre-boiled buckwheat to the pan and mix well. Fry for another 5 minutes. Once ready put several spoons of Grechka buckwheat with the greens onto a plate and add fresh coriander. ENJOY:)

Grechka Buckwheat with Burrata
Delicious Grechka buckwheat with burrata – a simple yet extremely delicious dish for lunch (or even dinner). Boil some Grechka buckwheat, please refer to the "How to cook" highlight. When the Grechka is ready, put several spoonfuls onto a plate, place the burrata on top and top with a bit of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and any other of your favourite seasonings. A delicious "Grechka" bowl with white cup mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes. Boil some Grechka buckwheat as per the standard instructions, please refer to the "How to cook" highlight. Place 3 tbs into a bowl. Fry up some of your favourite mushrooms until cooked. Place 2 tbs of the fried mushrooms and 2 tbs of sun-dried tomatoes on top of the buckwheat. Add some pre-cut coriander and spring onions. Top with balsamic vinegar for extra tastiness. ENJOY:)Gluten free

Grechka Warm Salad with Turkey
A delicious, warm "Grechka" salad with turkey. Boil some Grechka buckwheat as per the standard instructions, please refer to the "How to cook" highlight. Cut some turkey into small pieces and simply fry in olive oil with your favourite seasonings. Put the buckwheat and turkey aside to cool down. Meanwhile chop up some tomatoes, a red pepper, a cucumber and an avocado into cubes. Place some rocket into a bowl, add all the veggies, 2 tbs of cooked buckwheat and 2 tbs of fried turkey. Add a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper, and the juice of half a lemon and mix well. ENJOY:)Gluten free

Greek Style Grechka Bowl with Feta Cheese
A delicious Greek style "Grechka" bowl with feta cheese. Boil some Grechka buckwheat as per the standard instructions, please refer to the "How to cook" highlight. Place 3 tbs into a bowl. Fry approximately 50 grams of leek until golden. Add pre-cut feta cheese (30-40 grams), 4-5 pieces of sun-dried tomatoes and the fried leek to the bowl. Sprinkle with coriander and pepper for extra tastiness. ENJOY:)Gluten free

Grechka Buckwheat "Risotto" with Mushrooms
A delicious Grechka buckwheat "Risotto" with mushrooms. Rinse 150g of Grechka buckwheat. Melt 50 grams of butter in a wide, shallow pan. Add 1-2 pieces of chopped garlic and pre-cut 5-6 organic white cup mushrooms. Simmer for 3-5 mins on a medium heat until the mushroom juice has been extracted. Add the Grechka and simmer for another minute. Add 200 ml of chicken or vegetable stock. Cover and simmer for 10 mins on a low heat, stirring every 2-3 mins. Add 30g of butter, 50g of parmesan and one sprig of rosemary. Cover and leave for 3-5 mins. Once ready place 3-5 tbs of risotto onto a plate and decorate with parmesan cheese and your favourite seeds. ENJOY:)Gluten free

Dinner
Grechka Buckwheat with Turkey
Delicious grilled teriyaki turkey served with Grechka buckwheat mixed with greens. Marinate a turkey breast in teriyaki sauce and your favourite seasonings, set aside for 30 minutes and then grill for 15 minutes. Meanwhile prepare some Grechka buckwheat, please refer to the "How to cook" highlight. Chop some courgettes into semicircles and the asparagus into small pieces, add your favourite seasonings and fry for about 15 minutes. When the greens are ready add the boiled buckwheat and fry for another 5 minutes. Place the grilled turkey breast onto the plate, add several spoonfuls of the buckwheat and greens. Grechka Buckwheat with Mushrooms
Delicious Grechka buckwheat, fried with mushrooms. Prepare some Grechka buckwheat, please refer to the "How to cook" highlight. While the buckwheat is boiling, chop up some mushrooms (of your choice) and an onion, into small pieces. Once done, take a frying pan, add a bit of olive oil and fry the onion. Once the onion is a golden colour, add the mushrooms and fry for about 10 minutes. When they are ready, add the cooked buckwheat to the frying pan, mix well and fry for another 5 minutes. Place several spoonfuls of the mix onto the plate and sprinkle with fresh coriander. ENJOY:)Gluten free

Peppers Stuffed with Grechka Buckwheat and Minced Turkey
Delicious peppers stuffed with "Grechka" buckwheat and turkey mince. Boil some Grechka buckwheat as per the standard instructions, please refer to the "How to cook" highlight. Meanwhile chop up some onions and start frying them in olive oil, until golden. Add 1 crushed clove of garlic and fry for another minute. Add the turkey mince and salt and pepper, and fry until cooked. Once ready, mix the turkey mince with the buckwheat. Chop a red or yellow pepper in half and wash well to get rid of all the seeds. Place 2tbs of the buckwheat mix into each half pepper and place a piece of your favourite cheese on top. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the peppers into the oven for 15-20 minutes. Once cooked sprinkle with dill. ENJOY:)Gluten free

Beef Bourguignon Served with Grechka Buckwheat
Delicious beef bourguignon served with Grechka buckwheat. Boil some Grechka buckwheat, please refer to the "How to cook" highlight. Meanwhile chop up half an onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 celery sticks, 2 mid-size carrots and a pack of cup mushrooms. Heat some olive oil in a large casserole dish and start frying the onion and garlic. Once golden add the celery, carrots and mushrooms. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Add 500g of diced beef and fry for another 6-7 minutes until the meat is half cooked. Add a can of chopped tomatoes in tomato juice and 2tbs of tomato puree along with with fresh thyme, salt, pepper and a couple of bay leaves. Stew for another 10 minutes. Add 100ml of red wine and stir. Reduce to a medium heat, cover the dish, and cook for about 30 minutes. After stirring once more, reduce the hob to a low heat and stew for 3-4 hours. Don't forget to stir every hour. Once ready and the meat is soft, place 3tbs of cooked buckwheat onto a plate and top with 4tbs of beef bourguignon. ENJOY:)

Grechka Overnight Pudding Bowl
A delicious overnight Grechka pudding bowl topped with berries and almond butter. Before going to bed pour some buckwheat into a bowl and add coconut milk in a 1:2 ratio, then leave in the fridge until morning. Once you are ready for breakfast, take the bowl with the buckwheat in coconut milk, and top with cut bananas and blueberries. Add a spoonful of almond butter and a bit of a maple syrup on top. Gluten/Sugar/Lactose Free Grechka Pancakes
Delicious Grechka buckwheat pancakes. Boil some Grechka buckwheat as per the standard instructions, please refer to the "How to cook" highlight. Once cooked, mix 1 cup of buckwheat with 1/2 cup of coconut milk using a blender. Then add 1 egg, 2 tbs of buckwheat flour, a pinch of baking soda and salt. Mix well. Preheat a frying pan and spray in some oil of your choice. Cook as you would cook normal pancakes. To serve, top with peanut butter, maple syrup and your favourite berries. ENJOY:)Gluten free

Put 2tbs of peanut butter on top. Add one sliced banana. Mix well when ready to eat. Your ideal healthy post work-out snack is ready. ENJOY:)Gluten free

Grechka Buckwheat Bread
Delicious Grechka buckwheat bread.
Wash and soak 400 grams of Grechka buckwheat for approximately 6 hours. Remove water, but don't wash buckwheat groats anymore. Add 1/2 spoons of Himalayan salt, any herbs you prefer and 250ml of filtered water and blend the mix with mixer. Leave the mix in the bowl and cover with towel for at least 12 hours (up to 24 hours). Add vegetable oil to the bread tin and pour the mixture in it. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees and bake this delicious bread for about 50 minutes. Sprinkle the bread with sunflower seeds (or any other seeds you prefer) and bake for another 20 minutes.

Grechka Energy Balls
Grechka Energy Balls are a great and delicious source of protein & fibre. And it’s a perfect post workout snack
You need to mix in the blender: 50 g Grechka buckwheat, 100 g Medjool dates, 50 g dried unsweetened cherries, 100 g raw almonds
1tsp cocoa powder, desiccated coconut for decoration.
If the dough is too dry to roll into ball, add water or plant based milk, a teaspoon at a time, until the dough comes together.
You should get around 15-20 balls, you can store them in the fridge for up to one week or in the freezer forever really! Gluten free
