International Women's Day is around the corner, a day celebrated all over the world to acknowledge the accomplishments of women in different areas like social, economic, cultural, and political fields.
Grechka is a brand that was founded by three dynamic female entrepreneurs who share a passion for health, wellness and well-being - Daria, Vasilisa and Malika. The three founders of Grechka bring diverse experiences and skills to the brand - one is a mother and a pilates teacher, another is a successful entrepreneur with a background in the sports industry with a love for self-care, and the third is a multi-talented serial entrepreneur and nutritionist. Together, we are on a mission to bring the health benefits of buckwheat to a wider audience and to inspire others to lead a healthier lifestyle.

As female entrepreneurs, we face unique challenges on our journey to success. Whether it's navigating a male-dominated industry or juggling the demands of work and family, entrepreneurship can be a tough path to walk alone. However, with the power of support and community, we can overcome obstacles and achieve our goals. We'll explore three key ways in which female entrepreneurs thrive with community support.
Building Your Network
One of the most important aspects of community support is building a network of like-minded individuals who share your values and goals. You never know when a chance encounter with a fellow entrepreneur could lead to a valuable partnership or collaboration.
Mentorship
Mentorship is another powerful way to tap into the support of a community. Finding a mentor who has walked the path before you can provide invaluable insights, guidance, and support.
Investing in Yourself
Investing in yourself is key to thriving as a female entrepreneur. This could mean attending workshops and conferences to learn new skills, hiring a business coach to help you achieve your goals, or simply taking time for self-care to avoid burnout.
As we've seen, the power of support is essential to the success of female entrepreneurs. By building a network, finding a mentor, and investing in ourselves, we can overcome the challenges that come with entrepreneurship and achieve our goals.
Our founders, Malika and Daria, are mentors at Future Female Entrepreneur.
This fund was created by wonderful ladies who are also the founders of Two Cheeks brand, Alla and Anna. This community provides entrepreneurial young women with an opportunity to experience a day in the working life of a successful female founder. Successful applicants are then matched with a female founder, it could be Daria and Malika, and arrangements are made for their FFE day. You can apply here.
