All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount using the original payment method if you are not willing to wait.
We deliver only to addresses in the UK. A self-pickup option is available in Berlin, Germany, subject to availability. For orders from other locations, please contact us at info@grechka.co.uk, and we will try to arrange delivery.
Delivery times are approximate and depend on order approval. We aim to fulfill orders within three business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that we do not ship on Sundays.
Shipping costs £3.50, with free shipping on orders over £45. Additional charges may apply for remote areas or large/heavy items. You will be informed of any extra charges.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@grechka.co.uk with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 5-10 working days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment within 7 working days.

While buckwheat is a gluten-free product, it was made in a factory also handling wheat. May contain traces of gluten.
