Grechka Bowl with Smoked Salmon and Avocado

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of Grechka buckwheat

Water

1 egg

2 slices of smoked salmon

1/2 avocado, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste




Method:
  1. Cook Grechka buckwheat according to the instructions.

  2. In a separate saucepan, bring some water to a gentle simmer.

  3. Crack the egg into a small bowl, then carefully pour the egg into the simmering water.

  4. Cook the egg for about 3-4 minutes or until the whites are set and the yolk is still runny.

  5. Using a slotted spoon, remove the poached egg from the water and set it aside.

  6. In a bowl, add 3 tablespoons of the cooked Grechka.

  7. Top the Grechka with the smoked salmon and sliced avocado.

  8. Place the poached egg on top of the bowl.

  9. Season the bowl with salt and pepper to taste.

  10. Serve and enjoy your delicious Grechka bowl with smoked salmon and avocado.
