Ingredients:

1/2 cup of Grechka buckwheat

Water

1/2 cup of coconut milk

1/4 cup of mixed berries, pre-cut

1 tablespoon of stracciatella

2 tablespoons of granola


Method:
  1. Cook Grechka buckwheat according to the instructions.

  2. Once cooked, drain any excess water from the Grechka and place it in a bowl.

  3. Pour enough coconut milk into the bowl to cover the Grechka.

  4. Add in the pre-cut berries, stracciatella and granola to the bowl.

  5. Mix everything well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

  6. Serve and enjoy your delicious Grechka bowl with coconut milk, granola and stracciatella.
