At Grechka, we believe that the joy of the holiday season lies not only in the gifts we exchange but also in the delightful aromas wafting from our kitchens. This Christmas, we invite you to embrace the spirit of giving and sharing with our hearty, soft, and utterly delicious Grechka buckwheat bread. What's more? It's 100% naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and vegan – making it the perfect addition to your festive table

Ingredients:
400g of Grechka Buckwheat
1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt
1 tbsp herbs
100g hazelnuts (or your favorite nuts)
Instructions:
Step 1: Soak and Prepare
Begin by washing and soaking 400 grams of buckwheat for approximately 6 hours. Once soaked, remove the water without rinsing the buckwheat.
Step 2: Flavor Infusion
In a blender, combine the soaked buckwheat with 1/2 teaspoon of Himalayan salt, your favorite herbs, and 250 ml of filtered water. Blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
Step 3: Nutty Goodness
Add in your favorite nuts (we recommend hazelnuts) to the mixture. Place the blend in a bowl, cover it with a towel, and let it rest for at least 12 hours, up to 24 hours. This allows the flavors to meld and intensify.
Step 4: Baking Magic
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Pour the mixture into a bread tin, generously coated with vegetable oil. For a healthier option, consider using a silicone tray to eliminate the need for additional oil.
Step 5: Time to Bake
Bake your buckwheat bread at 200 degrees Celsius for approximately 70 minutes or until the top is golden brown, and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center.
