We want to celebrate moms and their dedication to living a healthy lifestyle. We believe that healthy eating is an essential part of a happy life. Not only is healthy eating important, but also overall well-being. Being a mom, it's hard to juggle all the tasks and make sure everything gets done. It can be a challenge to maintain harmony and balance in life. However, the most important thing is to listen to yourself and achieve a stable life - after all, a happy mom equals a happy family.


We are excited that Grechka buckwheat - a nutritious and versatile ingredient - can be a perfect match for moms and their families. Here are some tips from Grechka's co-founder, Malika, who is a mom of two, an entrepreneur, and a Pilates teacher, for maintaining harmony and well-being as a mother:


Prioritise self-care

Make sure to take time for yourself and prioritise self-care. This can include things like exercising, getting enough sleep, and doing activities you enjoy. Malika challenged herself to dedicate 30 minutes every day to self-care for a month and noticed significant changes within just a couple of weeks.

Connect with other moms

Connect with other moms who can relate to your experiences and provide support. You can join local mom groups or online communities to connect with other like-minded moms. Malika feels great support from the other moms who surround her, and she herself is always there for another mom.


Focus on healthy eating

Make sure to fuel your body with healthy and nutritious foods. Incorporate foods like Grechka, which is high in fibre and protein, to help you feel full and satisfied. Malika cooks a bulk of Grechka for the week ahead and adds it as a base for breakfast, an ingredient for lunch, and a side dish for dinner. This saves her a lot of time while also nourishing herself and her family every day.


Set boundaries

Learn to say no to things that are not a priority or do not align with your values. Malika believes that setting boundaries can help reduce stress and improve overall well-being, and she is learning to incorporate this into her life.
