Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Grechka buckwheat

  • Mushrooms (any kind), chopped

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • Olive oil

  • Salt, pepper, and fresh coriander (for garnish)

Method:
  1. Cook Grechka buckwheat according to package instructions; set aside.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan; sauté chopped onions until golden.

  3. Add mushrooms; sauté until tender (about 10 minutes).

  4. Mix in cooked buckwheat; cook for another 5 minutes.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander. Enjoy!
