Ingredients:
1 cup Grechka buckwheat
Mushrooms (any kind), chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
Olive oil
Salt, pepper, and fresh coriander (for garnish)
Method:
Cook Grechka buckwheat according to package instructions; set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan; sauté chopped onions until golden.
Add mushrooms; sauté until tender (about 10 minutes).
Mix in cooked buckwheat; cook for another 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander. Enjoy!
