Easy Stuffed Peppers Recipe with Grechka Buckwheat and Turkey

Ingredients:


  • Grechka buckwheat

  • Onions

  • Olive oil

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • Turkey mince

  • Salt and pepper

  • Red or yellow peppers

  • Favourite cheese

  • Dill (for garnish)

Method:

Cook Grechka buckwheat following package instructions.

  1. Sauté chopped onions in olive oil until golden. Add crushed garlic and cook for another minute.

  2. Add turkey mince, salt, and pepper. Cook until fully done.

  3. Mix turkey mince with cooked Grechka buckwheat.

  4. Halve and clean the peppers.

  5. Stuff each pepper half with 2 tablespoons of the mixture and top with cheese.

  6. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake peppers for 15-20 minutes.

  7. Sprinkle with fresh dill.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
