Ingredients:
1 cup Grechka buckwheat
50 grams leek, sliced
30-40 grams feta cheese, pre-cut
4-5 pieces sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Coriander and pepper for seasoning
Method:
Boil the Grechka buckwheat according to the standard instructions (please refer to the "How to cook" highlight).
Once the buckwheat is cooked, place 3 tablespoons of it into a serving bowl.
In a frying pan, fry the sliced leek until it turns golden and slightly crispy.
Add the pre-cut feta cheese and chopped sun-dried tomatoes to the bowl with the buckwheat.
Once the leek is fried, add it to the bowl as well.
Sprinkle the dish with coriander and pepper for extra flavour.
